EnginPeers LLC ("EnginPeers," "we," "us," or "our") operates the EnginPrep web application (the "App"), available at www.enginprep.com / www.enginpeers.com, and related services. If you opt in, we may send you marketing or promotional emails about EnginPrep, such as new features, study tips, or offers. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by updating your preferences in your account settings. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional or account-related emails (such as receipts, subscription notices, or password resets), which we may still send you as part of operating the App.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information. Account passwords are never stored in plain text, and payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor rather than stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you use the App outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
